Do you work with businesses outside my city?

Yes, absolutely — we work with clients right across South Africa. Cape Town is home base, but between email, WhatsApp and video calls, our reach stretches a lot further than our biltong supply. Wherever you're based, we can help.

What's the difference between a retainer and pay-as-you-go?

A retainer is a fixed monthly subscription that covers your ongoing needs — bookkeeping, payroll, tax submissions, CIPC compliance and more — tailored to what your business actually requires, so you always know what's included and what you're paying. Pay-as-you-go is for once-off jobs: registering a new company, submitting a single tax return, preparing annual financial statements, or sorting out a specific SARS query. Not sure which fits? We're happy to talk it through and recommend what makes sense for you.

Do you handle SARS audits?

Yes, absolutely — we handle SARS audits and queries as a matter of course. We keep you in the loop at every stage: what SARS is asking for, the relevant deadlines, and our plan of action to resolve it. You won't be left guessing — we guide you through the process from start to finish.

How quickly can you onboard me?

After a quick, obligation-free consultation, we can get you onboarded almost immediately. Once we understand your situation, we'll send through a simple document checklist, get you set up on the right systems, and you can be up and running within a few days — no long, drawn-out sign-up process, no unnecessary paperwork.

The 2026 SARS Tax Filing Season is officially open, with automatic assessments issued between 1 and 12 July 2026. Key filing deadlines for the 2026 tax year:Non-provisional individual taxpayers: 23 October 2026 (filing window: 13 July – 23 October 2026)Provisional taxpayers: 22 January 2027 (filing window: 13 July 2026 – 22 January 2027)Trusts: 22 January 2027 (filing window: 19 September 2026 – 22 January 2027)Not sure which category applies to you, or need a hand meeting these deadlines?
